We work out the environment within which the team is currently working, and use our years of leadership development experience to diagnose the levers the leaders need to pull to make things more effective.
We introduce the appropriate theory getting under the skin of what’s happening and why, as well as what, as leaders they can do about it.
Once clear actions have been decided, we work out what it will mean for them as individuals to start to act in ways every day to make the changes the team needs, anticipating barriers and considering ways to keep them on the right track.
